Who we are
Semeral is the trading name of Semeral Labs LLP, the entity responsible for this website and for the information collected through it. Semeral Labs LLP is registered with limited liability in India under LLPIN ADB-4921. Questions about this notice can go to info@semeral.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us. If you email us or submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write. If you use the Semeral Guide, we receive the messages you type so we can generate a reply. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we would rather you did not send any.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your question, scope potential work, and follow up about it. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics
We use privacy-minded, aggregate analytics to see which pages and calls to action are used. These measurements are not tied to your identity and are not used to build a profile of you.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of vendors to host the site, deliver email, and run the models behind the Semeral Guide. They process information strictly on our instructions and only to provide those services. We choose providers with appropriate security and confidentiality commitments, and we will name the current ones on request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Guide conversations are retained only as long as needed to run the chat experience, then discarded.
Your choices
You never have to use the Guide to reach us — plain email works. Write to info@semeral.com to ask what we hold, request a correction, ask us to delete what you have shared, or opt out of further contact. We will respond promptly.
Changes
We will update this notice whenever our practices or services change, and we will move the date at the top when we do. A fuller policy will replace this concise notice as our online services expand.
