What this site collects
When you email us or submit the contact form, we receive the information you choose to share. Contact-form submissions are sent to the Semeral team through Cloudflare Email. When you use the Semeral Guide, your messages are processed to generate a response and conversation history is stored by Cloudflare’s Agents platform for the duration needed to provide the chat experience.
Basic analytics
We may use Cloudflare’s privacy-minded web analytics and Zaraz event tracking to understand aggregate site usage, such as which calls to action are used. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
This website runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes technical information required to deliver, protect, and operate the site. The embedded guide uses Cloudflare Workers AI.
Your choices
You do not need to use the guide to contact us. You can email info@semeral.com to ask a privacy question or request deletion of information you have shared with us.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices or services change. A fuller policy will replace this concise notice as the company’s online services expand.
